Syrians Refuse to be Silenced

In response to Syrian blogger and human rights advocate, Fares of Syria, the Whereto, Syria Team, would like to join in the call for the release of all Syrian prisoners of conscience, most notably: Mahmoud Issa, Michel Kilo, Khalil Hasan, Anwar el Bunni, Suleiman al-Shamar, Ali Abdallah, Mohammed Ali Abdallah, Kamal Labwani, Fateh Jamous, Habib Saleh and Aref Dalila.

In the fight for human rights neither complacency nor desperation are valid or legitimate options. Indeed, we are all “Free Syrians and we deserve a fair justice system, free speech and better policies.”
